Intratumor regulated IL-12 gene delivery by Ad-RTS-mIL-12+veledimex improves survival in GL-261 glioma model. 1 × 105 GL-261 glioma cells were administered into the brain. Separate groups of 12 C57BL/6 mice each were randomly assigned to one of the treatment groups. On day 1 animals were administered 1 × 105 GL-261 glioma cells intracranially. On day 5, Ad-RTS-mIL-12 at 5 × 109 vp+veledimex PO at 1–30 mg/m2/day PO was administered for 14 consecutive days and the time to disease progression and death was studied. Depicted in the upper panel are the survival results and lower panel are the respective body weights. All values are expressed as the mean for >12 animals per group. Ad-RTS-mIL-12+veledimex 10 and 30 mg/m2 significantly improved overall survival over all other treatment groups; P < 0.05
