Mice were intravenously infected at day 0. Treatment commenced at 21 days. Dosages for each drug were as follows: 10 mg/kg for rifampin, 25 mg/kg for isoniazid, 150 mg/kg for pyrazinamide, 100 mg/kg for ethambutol, and 100 mg/kg for moxifloxacin.
