For Enterobacteriaceae, ceftazidime-nonsusceptible isolates were defined as those having a ceftazidime MIC of ≥8 mg/liter. mMITT includes 108 of the 109 ceftazidime-nonsusceptible Enterobacteriaceae isolates obtained from all randomized patients.
