Treatment with anti-inducible T-cell co-stimulator (ICOS) antibodies alleviates chronic graft-versus-host disease. Lethally irradiated BALB/c mice were transferred with 5 × 106 T-cell-depleted bone marrow and 0.5 × 106 SPLs on B6 background. Anti-ICOS Abs were administrated at 200 μg/mouse 3 times/week from day 0 to day 28 after bone marrow transplantation (BMT). Body weight maintenance (A) and clinical score (B) were monitored for 60 days, n = 5 mice/group. Representative pictures of skin and lung stained for collagen 60 days after transplantation are shown (C).
