Ethanol-iron-induced liver histopathological changes in rats (Hematoxylino-eosin (HE) Staining, ×200). Normal architecture and structural intactness were shown in the control group. Hepatic cord derangement, inflammatory infiltration, microvesicular steatosis were shown in the EI model group.
