Inhibitory effect of ZB5-1 on interleukin-1 beta (IL-1β) level of BV-2 cells. The cells were pre-treated with various concentration of ZB5-1 (10, 20, 50, and 100 μM) for 1 h, and then stimulated by LPS (1 μg/mL) for another 24 h. The levels of IL-1β was determined by ELISA.
