The effect of ZB5-1 on translocation of NF-κB p65 in BV-2 cells. The cells were pre-treated with 100 μM ZB5-1 for 1 h, and then stimulated by LPS (1 μg/mL) for another 24 h. Nuclear translocation of NF-κB p65 was monitored by an overlay of blue DAPI staining with green p65 immunofluorescence (A).
