Tree based on the distance between the protein sequences of carboxypeptidase A, B, A2, and U (EC:3.4.17.1, 2, 15, and 20) from 40, 19, 4, and 5 species respectively and five P. variabilis predicted enzymes with an incompletely annotated EC:3.4.17 activity.
