TRIM21 positively regulates innate immune response to RNA nucleic acid mimics in Huh7 cells. (A to D) Huh7 cells were transfected with p3X-Flag-CMV-vector or p3X-Flag-TRIM21 (A and C) or pSilencer-vector or pSilencer-TRIM21 (B and D) for 48 h and then transfected with 200 ng of HCV 3′ UTR (A and B) or 200 ng of poly(I·C) (C and D) for the indicated times.
