The anti-T. gondii effect of ursolic acid against the proliferation and the viability of T. gondii and T. gondii–infected cells was measured using the MTT assay. They were incubated with different concentrations (25–200 µg/mL) of the compound at 37 °C for 24 h respectively. IC50 (50% inhibitory concentration value of UA against the survival rate of T. gondii and T. gondii–infected cells). The results were carried out three times independently.
