Genome-wide studies at different stages of heart development. Next Generation sequencing (NGS) studies at different stages of heart development facilitate the discovery of transcriptional regulators including transcription factors (TFs), enhancers as well as long non coding RNA (lncRNA), enhancer-associated lncRNAs (elncRNA), microRNA (miRNA), and chromatin modifiers driving stage-specific processes of cardiac development from early cardiac progenitor cells (CPs) differentiation up to heart maturation. AS: alternative splicing; circRNA: circular RNA; CMs: cardiomyocytes; EMT: epithelial to mesenchymal transition [4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,21].
