Correlation between H. pylori strains P12, 26695, G27 and J99 and C. jejuni strains 11168 and 81-176 and TFF1 binding of human gastric mucins. H. pylori and C. jejuni binding of human gastric mucins was plotted against TFF1 binding and the correlation between the two was determined by calculating Spearman’s correlation co-efficient (rho) and p value.
