(A) Huh7, HLCZ01, SMMC7721, and LH86 cells were treated with 125, 250, 500, 1,000, 2,000 or 4,000 IU/mL IFN-$\alpha$ for (A) 24 h, (B) 48 h, (C) and 72 h, and cell viability was assessed by MTT assay.
