This figure shows the evidence we found for all our three hypotheses. As predicted, there was bidirectional connectivity between mPFC and amygdala in HCs, unidirectional mPFC-to-amygdala connectivity in BDD, and no significant prefrontal-amygdala connectivity in AN.
