TSPf suppresses the RNF6/AKT/mTOR pathway in tumor tissues. At the end of the experiment, tumor tissues were dissected and frozen in liquid nitrogen immediately and stored at –80°C for further assays. Total proteins were extracted from the tumor tissues followed by immunoblotting assays against typical pro-survival and pro-apoptotic proteins (A), the AKT and mTOR proteins and their phosphorylation levels (B), the autophagic proteins LC3 and p62 (C).
