Effect of GTE on body and fat weight of OO-based or BT-based HF diet-fed mice. The body weight (a) and the weights of perirenal fat (b) and epididymal fat (c) of mice were measured after they were fed OO-based or BT-based HF diet (55% kcal as fat) with or without 1.0% GTE powder for 8 weeks. Values are means ± SEM, n = 6. Different letters indicate statistically significant differences (p < 0.05), as indicated by a Tukey’s test.
