TCRmodel server input. Two main options are available to users for TCR input: (A) input of TCR amino acid sequences, and (B) input of germline gene and CDR3 amino acid sequences, which the server uses to generate TCR amino acid sequences. For TCR sequence input, germline gene is automatically detected in the input sequence and displayed (blue font in (A)).
