Establishment of an angiogenesis co-culture assay in response to sunitinib treatment. TeloHAEC-GFPs and hTERT-MSCs were co-cultured for 7 days. The co-cultured cells showed a fluorescent branching structure, which colocalized with the αSMA antibody. There were dose–response effects when the cells were treated with sunitinib, a known angiogenesis inhibitor.
