Downregulation of SIL1 inhibited cell proliferation and migration in U251 cells. (A) SIL1 expression was efficiently downregulated by siSIL1 transfection. qPCR demonstrated that siRNA 2, 3, and 4 inhibited SIL1 expression efficiently.
