CLBL-1 cells (6 × 10⁴) were subjected to the indicated concentrations of panobinostat. DMSO was used as vehicle control. After 24 h treatment, cells were harvested for apoptosis studies. (A) Caspase-3/7 activity was determined using the Caspase-Glo 3/7 assay. Results are expressed as mean ± SEM fold-change to vehicle control cells. (B) The percentage of apoptotic cells was determined according to Annexin V/7-AAD (Guava Nexin Assay) staining. Results are expressed as mean ± SEM.
