CNN models for (a) single-pixel imaging and (b) structured illumination microscopy. For single-pixel imaging, the input is the illumination pattern Pn(x,y), the object is modeled as learnable weights in a valid convolutional layer, and the output is the predicted single-pixel measurement. Similarly, for structured illumination microscopy, the object is modeled as learnable weights for a multiplication layer and the output is the predicted 2D image.
