Bright field images, phasor plots, and MNC-Mg²⁺ fluorescence contribution images of BPX-01 treated facial skin at three anatomical sites: (a) epidermis, (b) hair follicle, and (c) sebaceous gland. The facial skin was treated with 2.5 mg/cm² BPX-01 containing 0% (vehicle), 1%, and 2% MNC-Mg²⁺ for 24 hours. The phasor plots and minocycline uptake images were generated from the red fluorescence channel (590-650 nm) using a non-Euclidean phasor analysis algorithm developed in Matlab. All FLIM images were obtained with 90 s acquisition time. The scale bar is 50 μm.
