HG/miR-137 reduces viability and proliferation of HTR-8/Svneo cells. The viability and proliferation of HTR-8/SVneo cells were assessed using CCK-8 and colony formation assays. LV-NC and LV-miR-137 HTR-8/SVneo cell groups were treated with normal and HG medium for 10 days for the colony formation assay. (A) Images of the colony formation assay.
