Effects of icariin on inflammatory cytokine secretion in HaCaT cells. HaCaT cells were pretreated with MK-2206, GDC-0994, or medium alone without inhibitors for 2 h. Cells were then incubated for 24 h with icariin. The concentrations of released IL-6, IL-10 and TNF-α in the culture supernatants were measured by ELISA.
