In the above-mentioned article, the legends for Figures 2 and 3 incorrectly identify the blue and red lines. The red lines represent estimated glomerular filtration rate < 50 ml/min per 1.73 m2, and the blue lines represent estimated glomerular filtration rate > 50 ml/min per 1.73 m2. The blue and red explanation within the figures themselves is correct.
