Effect of THC and Hcy on cell viability in bEnd3 cells. 1A and 1B. Cells were treated with different concentrations of THC (5–100 μM) and Hcy (50–500 μM) for 24 hrs before being subjected to MTT assay. 1B.The results suggest that THC (15 μM) showed a cytoprotective effect against Hcy-induced cell viability. 1C. Uric acid (50 μM) protects against Hcy induced bEnd3 cells viability.
