Effect of sinomenine (SIN) on tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α (A) and prostaglandin (PG)-E2 (B) in aqueous humor collected 24 hours after the induction of endotoxin-induced uveitis. The level of TNF-α and PG-E2 was decreased in rats treated with SIN 50mg/kg and 100mg/kg in a dose-dependent manner.
