CCAT1 regulates the expression levels of epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition-associated markers. (A) N-cadherin, vimentin and E-cadherin protein expression levels in lung adenocarcinoma cells were analyzed by western blotting. CCAT1 overexpression promoted the expression of N-cadherin and vimentin, while suppressing E-cadherin expression in vitro. β-actin was used as a loading control. (B) Average values of integrated optical density of the bands were calculated by analyzing the results of five repeated experiments..
