Effect of Napsin A overexpression on gefitinib-induced apoptosis in A549-GFT cells. Napsin A was overexpressed in A549 and A549-GFT cells by PLJM1-Napsin A lentivirus infection, and the cells were then exposed to 2 µmol/l gefitinib for 48 h. (A) Apoptosis of A549 and A549-GFT cells was evaluated by Annexin V/propidium iodide staining assay and flow cytometry. (B) Western blot analysis was used to detect the protein expression levels of E-cadherin, Vimentin, p-FAK and total FAK.
