Delayed liver fibrosis resolution following KC depletion. WT mice were treated with TAA (0.1 mg/g body weight, ip) every 2 days for 8 weeks and then KCs was depleted at 24 hours after TAA withdrawal. Then the hepatic total protein was extracted at 1 day, 5 days and 9 days following TAA withdrawal. The levels of collagen type I, III and IV in livers tissues were determined by western blotting.
