CK1γ2 is inversely correlated with IRS4 in osteosarcomacell lines and tumor samples. (A) The protein levels of both CK1γ2 and IRS4 were determined by Western blotting in seven different osteosarcoma cell lines (upper panel). Protein intensities were normalized to GAPDH levels, and the correlation between CK1γ2 and IRS4 expression levels in these seven cell lines is displayed (lower panel; R: Spearman's correlation coefficient). (B) The inverse correlation between CK1γ2 and IRS4 protein levels was observed by immunohistochemical staining of osteosarcoma specimens (P<0.05, χ2 tests).
