The tumor-targeting ability of Z_{HPV16 E7} affitoxin384. The xenograft-bearing mice were generated with cell lines of (A) SiHa, (C) CaSki, (E) HeLa, and (G) A375, respectively. NIR imaging was performed at different time points post injection with DyLight-755-labeled Z_{HPV16 E7} affitoxin384. DyLight-755-labeled Z_{HPV16 E7} 384 and Z_wt affitoxin were used as positive and negative controls, respectively.
