Figure 11

An infant was born by cesarean section at gestation age 36+5 weeks with birth weight of 2,350 g, who was diagnosed with pneumothorax. (A) A chest X-ray reveals pneumothorax on the left side, with approximately 70% compression; (B) ultrasound shows the specific sign of a lung point, which suggests pneumothorax; B-lines are absent in the upper lung field, and compact B-lines are present in the lower lung field.
