Renal expression of the NADPH oxidase subunits gp91PHOX, p22PHOX and p47PHOX and p67PHOX. Effect of the AT1 receptor blocker therapy. gp91PHOX, p22PHOX and p47PHOX and p67PHOX concentrations were determined in the renal cortex of Control, L-NAME and L-NAME + Los treated rats (n = 6). L-NAME treatment induced an increase in the renal expression of the NADPH oxidase subunits gp91PHOX, p22PHOX and p47PHOX. Losartan treatment diminished the expression of gp91PHOX, p22PHOX and p47PHOX.
