(A) Mouse brain sections from αCBSF- and AgBSF-treated groups were stained with anti-NeuN antibody. (B) Quantification of NeuN positive cells in the CA1, CA3, and neocortex revealed that αCBSF treatment significantly increased NeuN-positive cells compared with AgBSF treatment in neocortex (t-test for independent samples; *P < 0.05).
