The spatial distribution of F-actin in erythrocytes revealed by fluorescent probes of phalloidin-rhodamine when cells exposed to different concentration ozone. The erythrocyte membrane was relatively complete under ozone concentration at 0 μg/mL and 80 μg/mL in the control goup (A, B) and the AD group (D, E). Erythrocyte membrane was not complete, complete red fluorescence ring were not seen in cells, and the area of fluorescent dye in each erythrocyte was increased in samples exposed to ozone concentration at 160 μg/mL in control group (C) and AD group (F).
