ADAM17 siRNA decreased Ang II-induced activation of EGFR and ERK1/2 in vascular smooth muscle cells. After being transfected with 100 nmol/l ADAM17 siRNA for 30 hours, vascular smooth muscle cells were then stimulated with 100 nmol/l Ang II for 24 hours.
