Frequencies of nonsynonymous single-nucleotide polymorphisms detected in >5% of sequence reads obtained from humans infected with influenza A(H5N1) virus, northern Vietnam, 2004–2010. HA-54(+1) refers to an H5 HA amino acid insertion after position 54 that was not found in H3 HAs (which was used as a reference for the numbering of HA amino acid positions).
