The NRPM values on all nucleotide positions of all transcripts in each of 610 RPDs can also be downloaded. Using the keyword search (e.g. cell cycle), users can sub-select some ribo-seq datasets suitable for their plans or research. For each ribo-seq data, we have provided links to Sequence Read Archive (SRA), Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) and Pubmed.
