(A) Aβ1–42 treatment significantly decreased the protein level of IDE as compared with the control, and Gen significantly reversed the effects of Aβ1–42. (B) Aβ1–42 treatment significantly decreased the mRNA level of IDE as compared with the control, and Gen significantly reversed the effects of Aβ1–42. (C) PKA inhibitor H89 treatment significantly reversed the effects of Gen on the expression of IDE in Aβ1–42-treated PC12 cells.
