A sample of our institutional IGRT work flow during the treatment of SBRT for prostate cancer. Initially, patient positioning is accomplished by using CBCT and stereoscopic X-ray imaging with ExacTrac^®, in which will be verified by the attending radiation oncologist. A repeat stereoscopic X-ray is obtained prior to each half arc treatment delivery in order to ensure that no movement has occurred during the process of IGRT and treatment delivery.
