Weight and behavioral analysis of Sdha+/- rats. Wild-type (WT, n = 7) and Sdha+/- (Het, n = 7) rats did not display any significant differences in total bodyweight at 6 months of age. Wild type (n = 5) and Sdha+/- (n = 5) rats did not produce significant differences upon testing of motor and coordination abilities, using rotarod, grip strength, and open field behavioral assays at 6 months of age. Data were analyzed using the Student t-test.
