Cell-cycle analysis and mitotic indices of MCF-7 cells without and with 2 and 4 μM (1R,2R,5S)-1c. Cell-cycle analysis was done using flow cytometry. Data were analyzed using FlowJo software. Mitotic index was calculated on the basis of DNA morphology of cells. Data were average of three independent sets of experiments with SD (±), and 1000 cells were scored in each set.
