CRYAB, Hsp27, Hsp47, Hsp60, Hsp70, Hsp90 and Hsp110 protein levels detected using Western blotting relative to the housekeeping protein GAPDH. Heat stress decreased expression of CRYAB, but induced other HSPs. Hsp27 and Hsp70 were increased from 1 to 5 h, Hsp47, Hsp60, Hsp90 and Hsp110 were induced at 1 and 3 h, but levels had begun to decrease at 5 h.
