Notes: BMDMs were seeded on NC and titanium surface with different topographies. (A) After 3-day incubation, supernatants were harvested and centrifuged. Then, the supernatants were detected using the protein array analysis for cytokine profiling. (B) After 7-day incubation, supernatants were harvested and centrifuged. Then, the supernatants were detected using the protein array analysis for cytokine profiling.
