Table 2.

The mean and standard deviation (SD) of the variables of interest in each group. The p-values are based on a two-sample t-test for T_Peak and log10 (Dose_CEM43), and based on a Mann-Whitney test for Dose_CEM43. The threshold was statistically chosen by maximizing both sensitivity and specificity. It was found that the threshold T_Peak = 46 yielded 83% sensitivity and 75% specificity based on our data. Similarly, the threshold Dose_CEM43 = 12.6 yielded 86% sensitivity and 88% specificity.
