2Phylogenetic species within the Fusarium solani (FSSC) and F. incarnatum-equiseti (FIESC) species complexes are distinguished by a unique Arabic number. Fusarium sp. FSSC 11 was previously reported as F. solani f. sp. pisi (VanEtten et al. 1994), but F. solani corresponds to phylospecies FSSC 5 (Schroers et al. 2016). In addition, phylogenetically distinct species within the F. ventricosum and F. longipes clades are identified by unique numbers.
