OsPM1 Modulates the Expression of ABA-Responsive Genes.

Fourteen-day-old seedlings grown in liquid media were treated with 50 μM ABA in the medium for 0.5 h and 1 h. The roots (A) and the leaves (B) were then harvested for RT-qPCR analysis of the indicated ABA-responsive genes. The expression level at the time point “0 h” was set as 1, and the change of expression relative to “0 h” was calculated as the fold change. Results are means ± sd from three replicates. Asterisks indicate the significant differences from the wild type: *P < 0.05 and **P < 0.01 (Student’s t test; Supplemental Data Set 2).
