Effects of H1 antihistamine on IL-6 production and cells viability of histamine-induced HaCaT cells. Cells were seeded for 24 h before inducing with 10 μM of histamine. H1 antihistamine was tested in two-fold serial dilution with the highest concentration of 20 μM. Cells were then futher incubated for 24 h.
