Influence of the treadmill treatment (day-and-night reversal stress) on the circadian rhythm of motional activety in –AD and +AD mice. The mice ran on a treadmill for 12 h during the daytime (8:00 am-8:00 pm). These treadmill treatments were performed for two weeks. The data show typical experiments of a treadmill and non-treadmill mouse. (A) –AD mouse (SPF NC/Nga mice), (B) +AD mouse (conventional NC/Nga mouse).
